Wednesday, February 6, 2013 , 10:08 AM I've been exercising regularly starting from this week! Hoping to lose and kick away at least 20kg this year. Possible? Possible not? Oh you have no idea how scary determination can be. HAHAHA. A person like me talking about determination is a little of a joke. Everything starts from a proper and healthy diet, else nothing will work even if you exercise like a hardcore maniac or gym until like you dying. Get the right course of diet and magic will work on your fats (of course with proper and regular exercise!) My doctor from NUH is awesome, maybe because I'm totally mesmerized by his handsome looks hehe. I told him I am having a hard time trying to lose weight, and the weight just keeps increasing. He told me that I should stop blaming my thyroid condition and I am suppose to look at food labels and deficit 500 calories from now onwards. Probably I will lose some weight. I am really trying very hard and hoping all these effort will not go to waste. FIGHTINGGGG! Maybe you can see half of me in the near future? :D |
